(b) Disconnect the No. 3 parking brake cable assembly from the rear disc brake cylinder operation lever.

(c) Insert an offset wrench (14 mm) all the way into the clip of the No. 3 parking brake cable assembly as shown in the illustration to release the

clip claws and separate the No. 3 parking brake cable assembly from the rear disc brake cylinder assembly LH.

17. SEPARATE NO. 2 PARKING BRAKE CABLE ASSEMBLY

HINT:  Perform the same procedure as for the No. 3 parking brake cable assembly.

18. REMOVE REAR DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY LH See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Brake/Removal

19. REMOVE REAR DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:  Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

20. REMOVE REAR DISC BRAKE PAD

(a) Remove the 2 disc brake pads from the disc brake cylinder mounting LH See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Brake/Removal.

(b) Remove the 2 disc brake pads from the disc brake cylinder mounting RH.

HINT:  Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

21. REMOVE REAR DISC BRAKE CYLINDER MOUNTING LH See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Brake/Removal

22. REMOVE REAR DISC BRAKE CYLINDER MOUNTING RH
