Removal

AUDIO / VISUAL: STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle) See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service

and Repair/Removal

2. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal

3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal

4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal

5. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the front console box.

7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 5 claws.

8. REMOVE STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector (AUX).
(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the stereo jack adapter assembly (AUX).
