(d) Install the front door lock remote control cable.
(e) Install a new door lock wire harness seal on to the front door lock.

(f) Insert the front door lock open rod into the front door lock, and set it to the front door outside handle frame.
(g) Make sure that the front door lock open rod is securely connected to the front door lock.
(h) Apply adhesive to the threads of the screws.

Adhesive:
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent

(i) Using a "TORX" socket wrench T30, install the front door lock with the 3 screws.

Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

(j) Connect the connector.

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS RUN See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly

6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BRACKET See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR BELT MOULDING ASSEMBLY 

10. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY See: Mirrors/Service and Repair/Outer Rear View Mirror/Installation
