(b) Install the flexible hose and speed sensor with the bolt.

Torque: 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)

NOTE: Install the flexible hose and speed sensor without twisting them.

(c) Install the flexible hose with a new clip.
(d) Using a union nut wrench, install the brake tube to the flexible hose while holding the flexible hose with a wrench.

without union nut wrench - Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with union nut wrench - Torque: 14 Nm (144 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
-

This torque value can be obtained by using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.) and a union nut wrench with a
fulcrum length of 22 mm (0.866 in.)  .

This torque value is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to a torque wrench.

2. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Replacement

3. BLEED MASTER CYLINDER See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Replacement

4. BLEED BRAKE LINE See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Replacement

5. BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR (w/ VSC) See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Replacement

6. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Replacement

7. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
8. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL

Torque: 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
