Removal

BRAKE: BRAKE BOOSTER: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

NOTE: Immediately wash off any brake fluid that comes into contact with any painted surfaces.

2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front Wiper Motor/Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front Wiper

4. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front Wiper

5. REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front Wiper Motor/Removal

6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front

8. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front Wiper Motor/Removal

9. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH 

10. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL 

11. REMOVE BATTERY 

12. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY
13. REMOVE BATTERY CARRIER 

14. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE (for Manual Transaxle) See: Hydraulic System/Brake Master Cylinder/Service and

Repair/Removal

15. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Hydraulic System/Brake Master Cylinder/Service and Repair/Removal

16. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (w/o VSC) See: Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems/Hydraulic Control Assembly -
