Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair
Installation

2ZR-FE COOLING: COOLING FAN MOTOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR

(a) Install the cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL FAN

(a) Install the fan with the nut.

Torque: 6.3 Nm (64 kgf-cm, 56 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL FAN SHROUD See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

4. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

5. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

7. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

8. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

9. CONNECT OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE (for Automatic Transaxle) See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

10. CONNECT INLET NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE (for Automatic Transaxle) See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

11. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Installation

12. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY See: Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and

Repair/Installation
