Installation

2ZR-FE COOLING: WATER PUMP: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new water pump gasket to the timing chain cover.

HINT: Make sure that the installation surfaces are clean.

(b) Install the water pump assembly with the 5 bolts.

Torque: 26 Nm (260 kgf-cm, 19 ft-lbf)
Torque: 24 Nm (240 kgf-cm, 17 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Repair/Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: The installation procedure for the RH side is the same as that for the LH side.

7. INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: The installation procedure for the RH side is the same as that for the LH side.
