NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE CONNECTED TO CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY (CAN-H,
CAN-L)
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (IG2, E1, E2)

(a) Disconnect the F18 center airbag sensor assembly connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the values in the table below.

Standard resistance:

(c) Measure the voltage according to the value in the table below.

Standard voltage:

OK -- REPLACE CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY

DESCRIPTION

When any DTC for the CAN communication system is output, first measure the resistance between the terminals of the DLC3 to specify the trouble area,
and check that there is no short in the CAN main wire, between the CAN bus lines, to +B, or to GND.
