Main Relay (Computer/Fuel System): Testing and Inspection

2ZR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: INTEGRATION RELAY: INSPECTION

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY

(a) Inspect the EFI fuse.

(1) Disconnect the fuse.
(2)  Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance of the fuse.

Standard resistance:

(b) Inspect the EFI relay.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:

NOTE: While using the battery for the inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit
may occur.

(c) Inspect the cooling fan relay.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
