Removal

2ZR-FE FUEL: FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE

 See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings

2. REMOVE FUEL PUMP

Refer to the procedures under "REMOVE FUEL PUMP"  See: Fuel Pump/Service and Repair/Removal.

3. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the pressure regulator.

(b) Remove the 2 O-rings from the pressure regulator assembly.
