BRAKE CONTROL: DECELERATION SENSOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal

2. REMOVE DECELERATION SENSOR PROTECTOR

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and deceleration sensor protector.

3. REMOVE DECELERATION SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the deceleration sensor connector.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and deceleration sensor.

Installation

BRAKE CONTROL: DECELERATION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DECELERATION SENSOR

(a) Install the deceleration sensor with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the deceleration sensor connector.

2. INSTALL DECELERATION SENSOR PROTECTOR
