U341E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL 

2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER 

3. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET 

4. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY 

5. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX 

6. REMOVE BATTERY See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Removal

7. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY
8. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Assembly/Removal

9. REMOVE AIR CLEANER BRACKET See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Assembly/Removal

10. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Engine Assembly/Removal

11. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the nut and remove the front No. 1 floor heat insulator.

12. REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the transmission control cable assembly from the transmission floor shift assembly.
