Removal

WINDSHIELD / WINDOWGLASS: BACK DOOR GLASS: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

HINT: Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly

5. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

6. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Rear Wiper

Motor/Removal

7. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Rear Wiper Motor/Removal

8. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Rear Wiper Motor/Removal

9. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Spoiler/Service and Repair/Removal

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR WINDOW MOULDING

(a) Using a knife, cut off the back door window moulding, as shown in the illustration.

NOTE: Do not damage the vehicle body with the knife.

(b) Remove the back door window moulding.

HINT: Make a partial cut in the back door window moulding. Then pull and remove it by hand.
