Control elements position
In case of complaints about insufficient acceleration and speed, or in general, in order to locate transmission faults, the table contains information about which control elements are actuated with each gear. This information can facilitate determining which control elements are not functioning correctly.
All gears must be replaced hydraulically.
At certain speeds and throttle settings, 3rd and 4th gears are actuated mechanically when the converter clutch cancellation engages.

X=pinion not working, brakes or clutches closed
-X-=-B1- is used as an engine brake only when the lever is in “1”
