Procedure:
–  Disconnect earth wire at battery with ignition switched off.
–  Remove the engine sound insulation cover, pulling upwards -arrows A- and forwards -arrow B-.

–  Press the spring-type clamp -1- with pliers -T20029- and remove the hose from the air filter assembly.
–  Release the hose -2- and connector -3- from the air filter unit.
–  Remove the conduct -4- from the air filter.
–  Unscrew the screws -5- attaching the air filter in the battery holder: Torque: 8 Nm.
–  Pull the air filter assembly upwards gently to extract it.
–  Remove the battery → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27.

–  Unscrew the bolts -arrows- and remove battery bracket.
–  Return clutch pedal to park position.
–  Connect brake bleeder -SAT 1175B- to brake fluid reservoir, but do not start.

–  Remove protection hood on brake bleeder bolt -arrow- and connect hose -A- of air bleeding bottle to this bolt.
–  Now start up air bleeding apparatus.
l  Working pressure: 2.0 bar, positive pressure
–  Open air bleeding screw with the tube of the air bleed bottle attached and let it bleed some 100 cm3 of brake fluid.
–  Close the bolt on the air bleeder element.
–  Quickly operate pedal from limit to limit 15 times.
–  Open air bleeding element bolt and bleed another 50 cm 3 of brake fluid.
–  Tighten the bolt on the air bleeder element 4.5 Nm.
–  Once the air bleeding operation is completed, operate the clutch pedal several times.
–  Bleed the system once more if necessary.
–  Remove the bleed hose and fit the protection hood.
–  Remove brake bleeder -SAT 1175B- from brake fluid reservoir.
