Example:
   
 6th gearFinal drive
Drive gearZG1 = 37ZA1 = 27
Driven gearZG2 = 28ZA2 = 79

i = Z2 : Z1 → Note
iG = Gear ratio = ZG2 : ZG1 = 28 : 37 = 0.757
iA = Final drive ratio = ZA2 : ZA1 = 79 : 27 = 2.926
itotal = Overall ratio = iG x iA = 0.757 x 2.926 = 2.215
1)  Z1 = No. of teeth on driving gear, Z2 = No. of teeth on driven gear
