On some gearboxes, the engine code is located on the upper part near the gear selection lever control cable, or on the rim of the joint between the two housings -arrows-.
–  Remove engine cover → Booklet701.
–  Remove the air filter body, breather hose and air duct hoses → Rep. gr.24 and → Rep. gr.23 .
Observe the codes when they are under the gearbox console
–  Remove engine cover → Booklet701.
–  Remove the air filter body, breather hose and air duct hoses → Rep. gr.24 and → Rep. gr.23 .
–  Remove battery → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
–  Remove battery carrier.
