Strip under the windscreen: Install
Strip under the windscreen: Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of the removal procedure, noting the following:
  Note
   
t  When fitting the strip under the windscreen, take care that the sealing lip is not damaged when inserting the strip in the guide on the windscreen -arrow-.
t  On installation, make sure trim is fully engaged in fastening strip.
–  Adjust the windscreen wiper arms → Electrical system; Rep. gr.92
  E92-0034
–  Arrest water drain strip -1- under pressure against stop in retaining clips -2-.
–  When arresting, ensure that the sealing lip -arrow- on the moulding makes contact with the window and does not slip behind the edge.
