  Note
Removal and installation is described for right side of vehicle. Follow same instructions for left side as appropriate.
   
–  Fold grab handle down.
–  Using a small screwdriver, open 2 covers -1- and -2-.
–  Undo 2 screws -3- and remove grab handle.

Installing
–  Install in reverse order of removal.
Torques of securing screws
t  1st and 3rd row of seats: 2 Nm
t  2nd row of seats: 4.5 Nm
