Dismantling
–  Dismantle the door handle → Chapter, Door handle: removal and installation.
–  Remove the door lining and soundproofing: → General Body Repairs, Interior; Rep. Gr.70
–  If the window is open, close it.
   
–  Remove the pressure hose -1- and separate the connector hose -2- from the positioner.

–  Remove the screws -1-.
–  Remove the lock and action rod from the door -2- via the installation opening.

–  Turn the locking latch towards the “closed” position.
–  Dismantle the elastic sleeve -2-.
–  Remove the screw -1-.
–  Block the positioner -arrows- and remove it from the lock.
–  To do this, separate the lock action lever -3- from the door -arrow A-.

–  The blocking lever -1- slides out of the plunger -2- on removing the positioner.
