| – | Remove the front bumper and its reinforcement → Chapter. |
| – | Removing the wheel housing moulding → Chapter |
| – | Remove the separation element → Chapter. |
| – | Heat the side of front wing by the side of strut A with the electric blower -SAT 1416- and extract it (separate the underbody protector -KR00430603- or underbody protector -0000980603- with the aid of an upholstery knife). |
Note| t | The underbody protector -KR00430603- or underbody protector -0000980603- can only be heated slightly, and for a short period. The PVC should not change colour or form bubbles. |
| t | When supporting any part between the front wing and the surface over which it is supported, use appropriate material to protect the wing. |
| q | Installation |
| – | Before screwing the front wing an intermediate coating of electroweldable zinc paint -KR00430903- or electroweldable zinc paint -0000980903- must be applied to the zone in contact with the screws. |
| – | Place the underbody protector -KR00430603- or underbody protector -0000980603- on the zones that had been separated by the protector using the structural putty pistol -SAT 5380-. |
