1 - Bumper lining
q   Material: PP/EPDM
q   Removing
–  Remove the fixing bolts → Itemwhich secure bumper → Item lining to underbody lining → Chapter.
–  Unscrew the bolts → Item that secure the bumper lining → Item to the wheel housing moulding → Item: → Chapter
–  Remove lock plate lining → Linings of rear bonnet ; Rep. Gr.70.
–  Remove side boot lining partially → Boot linings; Rep. Gr.70
–  Unscrew the bolts → Item that secure the bumper lining → Item to the locking plate.
q   Tightening torque: 6.6 Nm
2 - Bumper moulding
q   Clipped to the lining
q   Removal causes imperfections
3 - Bolt
–  Unscrew → Chapter
q   Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm
4 - Stopper
5 - Bumper beam
6 - Bolt
q   2 units
q   Tightening torque: 6.6 Nm
7 - Bolt
–  Unscrew → Chapter
q   Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm
8 - Beam fastening nut
q   4 units
q   Tightening torque: 23 Nm
9 - Wheel housing moulding
q   PP/EPDM Material
10 - Stopper
11 - Fixed guide for bumper lining
12 - Blind rivet
q   4 units
13 - Rivet
q   4 units
14 - Moulding
15 - Stopper
16 - Moulding securing bolt
q   4 units
q   Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm
