Removing   Note The cable harness is fixed to the instrument panel with staples. When the instrument panel is removed, the cable harness remains in the vehicle. –  Remove the central console. –  Remove the driver's side tray. –  Remove the passenger side tray. –  Dismount the bonnet unlocking lever. → Rep. Gr.55 –  Remove airbag unit, driver's side –  Remove airbag unit, passenger side . –  Removing steering wheel. –  Remove the combined steering column switch. → Rep. Gr.94 –  Remove the dash panel insert. → Rep. Gr.90 –  Remove the radio. → Rep. Gr.91. –  Extract the central diffusers → Rep. Gr.80.

–  Unscrew hexagonal nuts -arrows-.   Note The two hexagonal nuts are visible after the instrument panel is removed.

–  Press light switch -arrow-, turn to the right and remove.

–  Extract bolt -arrow-. –  Unclip the driver's side diffuser -1-. –  Remove the connector switch for the headlamp range control -2-.

–  Unclip the two loudspeakers (treble), right and left using a small screwdriver. –  Remove connectors.

–  Extract the four bolts -arrows-.

–  Extract the two bolts -arrows-. –  Remove the cover of the driver's side footwell area .

–  Remove the bolt -1- , unclip the lining -2- on the left and right. –  Remove the cap -1- on right and left side.

–  Remove the bolt -2- on right and left side.

–  Remove the bolt -arrow- on right and left side.

–  Extract the bolts -1-. –  Unscrew hexagon nut -2-. –  Remove the support -3-.

–  Screw out bolts -arrows-.   Note The bolts are visible through the oval holes, approximately 2 centimetres behind them.

–  Extract the three bolts -arrows-. –  Remove the pollen filter maintenance cover.

–  Unclip the pollen filter frame -1-. –  Remove the pollen filter -2-. –  Unscrew hexagonal nuts -3-. –  Remove the pollen filter casing -4-.

–  Extract the four bolts -arrows-.

–  Lift instrument panel upwards.
