Fault table

Fault table
  Note!
t  There follows the list of all possible faults detected by the Autoclima control unit -J255-, which are printed in the -V.A.G 1551-, ordered according to the 5 digit fault codes.
t  If the faults occur only from time to time, these faults are indicated as “sporadic faults” (“SP”).
t  The fault code only appears on the printout.
t  The fault type may also appear on the fault table.
t  After the repair, the fault memory of the fault reader -V.A.G 1551- must always be cleared and consulted once more.
t  If, despite a claim made by the Autoclima, no fault is detected, the function “activator diagnosis 03” ( → Chapter) must be carried out, as well as the function “read measurement value block 08” ( → Chapter). If the display should blink, even though no fault has been detected, the functions must both be carried out, one after the other. If necessary, a fault localisation will have to be undertaken ⇒ Fault localisation Heating, air conditioning.
