Removing
–  Remove front bumper covering → Front bumper trimming; Rep. gr.63.

–  Bring lock plate carrier into service position: → Lock carrier in service position; Rep. gr.50.
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Pull coolant hoses off radiator.
–  Unplug the radiator fan thermal switch -F18- connector.
–  Unscrew radiator bolts and take out radiator downwards.
Vehicles with air conditioner:
–  Follow the additional instructions and assembly work → Chapter.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
  Note
t  Renew seals and O-rings.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
–  Fit the supercharger air system hoses and observe the assembly instructions → Chapter.
–  Fill up coolant → Chapter.
