  Note
t  The air conditioning refrigerant circuit must not be opened.
t  In order to avoid damage to the condenser or the pipes/hoses of the refrigerant, avoid pulling, bending or twisting excessively.
To facilitate removing and installing the engine without opening the refrigerant circuit:
–  Unbolt retaining clamps for refrigerant lines.
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Bring lock plate carrier into service position: → Lock carrier in service position; Rep. gr.50.
–  Remove the air conditioning compressor with the connected refrigerant pipes from its bracket: → Heater, air conditioner; Rep. gr.87
   
–  Fasten the compressor to the lock carrier using the counterhold -T10038-.
