Removal:
–  Unscrew the screw plug to the edge -arrow- or about 3 rotations -a-spanner -T20160-.
  Caution
If the screw is taken out completely without waiting a little, oil will run out and may damage the generator.
   
–  Leave the screw plug in this position for about 1 minute.
–  Pull the screw plug with holder for the oil filter cartridge out.

–  Lightly knock the screw plug with the oil filter bracket -1- on a solid base -3- in the direction of the -arrow-.
In this way, the oil filter cartridge is loosened -2-.

–  Carefully release the sealing ring from the groove -arrow- using a screwdriver.
Installation
–  Insert the new sealing ring into the groove.
–  Fit a new oil filter cartridge and tighten the screw to 25 Nm.
