Fuel tank breather checking > < functioning

Activated charcoal filter system removing and installing
1 - Breather pipe
q   From the activated charcoal filter solenoid valve -N80- (in engine well)
q   Ensure tight fit
2 - Breather pipe with pressure retention valve
q   From the gravity valve on the fuel tank
q   Ensure tight fit
3 - Activated charcoal filter system
q   Location: in rear right wheel housing
q   Filled by gravity valve and solenoid valve -N80-
q   To remove the tank:
l  Remove right-hand rear wheel.
l  Separate wheel arch protection
l  Remove hoses - → Item and → Item
l  Remove bolt - → Item and detach the cannister from below
4 - Breather opening
q   Visible from below
5 - 10 Nm
6 - Throttle valve control unit
7 - Solenoid valve 1 -N80-
q   On right in engine compartment
q   Valve closed with ignition switched off
q   When the engine is warm the valve will be activated (pulsed) from the engine control unit
8 - Connector
