q   Mark D.O.R. before removing
q   Check for wear
q   Do not kink.
q   Removing and fitting, tensing → Chapter
4 - Idler roller
5 - 20 Nm + 1/8 vuelta (45°)
6 - 65 Nm + 1/4 vuelta (90°)
q   Use counterhold -T20018B- to loosen and tighten
7 - Camshaft gear
q   Note fitting position: the narrow web of the camshaft toothed groove points outwards and the TDC marking is visible
8 - Tensioning roller
9 - Toothed belt tensioner
10 - O-ring
q   Replace if damaged
11 - Front of coolant pump
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
12 - 15 Nm
13 - Crankshaft sprocket
14 - 90 Nm + 1/4 vuelta (90°)
q   Replace
q   Use counterhold -T20018A- to loosen and tighten
q   Thread and collar must be free of oil and grease.
15 - 15 Nm
16 - 20 Nm
17 - Notched belt guard - lower part
18 - 10 Nm
19 - 25 Nm
20 - Pulley / damper
q   Installation is only possible in one position - the holes are distributed asymetrically
q   Observe position when fitting the toothed belt → Chapter
