| To avoid any risk of injuries to persons and/or the destruction of the injection and glow plug system, the following must be noted |

| Persons wearing a pacemaker should not lean over the engine compartment while the engine is running, as the injectors use high voltage pulses. |

| Do not open any fuel line connections while the engine is running. |
| t
| Always switch off the ignition before connecting or disconnecting injection and glow plug system wiring or tester cables. |
| t
| Always switch off ignition before cleaning engine. |
| t
| The battery should only be disconnected and reconnected with ignition switched off. |
| t
| In some tests the control unit may detect and store an error. Therefore, after completing all checks and repairs, the fault memory must be read and if necessary cleared. |
