  Caution
The air conditioner cooling agent circuit must not be opened.
  Note!
In order to avoid damage to the condenser and to the cooling agent hoses, care should be taken not to bend, twist, or excessively stretch the hoses.
To remove and install the engine without having to open the cooling agent circuit:
–  Remove the screws that secure the air conditioner liquid reserve tank and allow it to hang freely.
–  Unscrew the strip clamps on the cooling agent flexible hoses.
–  Remove the Poly-V belt → Chapter.
–  Remove the air conditioner compressor: → Heating, air conditioner; Rep. Gr.87
–  Remove the lock support and subsequently fitted elements: → Bodywork-assembly tasks; Rep. Gr.50
   
–  Place the lock support together with the radiator and condenser to one side in such a way that the cooling agent hoses are not under strain -arrows-.
–  Fasten the compressor to the bodywork in such a way that the cooling agent hoses are not under strain.
