High pressure test
–  Unscrew the bleeding bolt from one of the front brake callipers. Connect the brake tester -VAG 1310A- and purge of air.
   
–  Fit the brake pedal lock -V.A.G 1869/2- between the brake pedal and the driver's seat. Press the brake pedal until the pressure gauge indicates 50 bar of pressure. The pressure must not drop by more than 4 bar within the test period of 45 seconds.
If the drop in pressure is greater, then the brake master cylinder must be replaced.
