Initial purge of the brake calliper > < Removal:

Fitting
–  Only clean piston and seal with alcohol and dry afterwards.
–  Before fitting the piston and seal ring, apply a thin coating of assembly paste → Parts catalogue
–  Insert sealing ring in brake calliper housing.
   
–  Place outer sealing lip of protective cap on the piston
  N47-0079
–  Insert the inside sealing lip into the groove of the cylinder using the lever -U 30800-.
  Note
When doing this hold piston in front of calliper housing.
  E47-0027
–  Fit the tool -T20146- on the brake calliper housing piston.
–  Tighten the piston by rotating the handle clockwise.
  Note
t  If it is difficult to turn the piston, rotate the handle 1/4 turn counter-clockwise.
t  If the position of the piston is changed by using the piston retraction device or operating the brake pedal, the automatic readjustment of the calliper will be destroyed.
–  Fitting the brake pads.
