  Note!
t  When carrying out repairs install all parts supplied in repair kit.
t  New brake calipers are filled with brake fluid and are pre-bled.
t  Apply thin coat of fitting paste -G 052 150 A2- to brake cylinders, pistons and seals.
   
1 - Protective seal
2 - Bleed valve
q   Apply a thin coat of fitting paste -G 052 152 A2- to the threads before screwing in
3 - Brake caliper housing
4 - Self-locking hexagon bolt, 35 Nm
q   Renew
q   When loosening and tightening counter-hold on guide pin
5 - Seal
q   Take out using wedge -U-30800- → Chapter
6 - Piston
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   First apply a thin coat of fitting paste -G 052 150 A2-.
7 - Protective seal
q   Do not damage when inserting piston
8 - Brake carrier with guide pins and protective caps
q   Brake carrier with guide pins and protective cap
q   Supplied as replacement part assembled with sufficient grease on guide pins
q   If protective caps or guide pins are damaged use repair kit. Use grease sachet supplied to lubricate guide pins.
