To avoid noises on the silent block of the rear axle when driving on bad surfaces, the plastic protection trim must be removed and the hollow space of the silent block should be lubricated with white grease -G 052 150 A2-. Then refit the plastic protection trim back onto the silent block → Item.
   
Installation position
The oblong hole in the aluminium core should remain perpendicular to the longitudinal shaft -arrow- of the rear axle allotment -2-.
–  Mark the position of the symmetrical vertical axle, outside of the bonded metal-rubber bush before fitting it in its allotment.

–  Fit the metal-rubber bush on the rear axle from the exterior using the kit -T20091- until the measurement -a- is reached. → Fig.

6  - Hydraulic pump -SAT 1050-
7  - Bonded rubber bush
  Note
Do not release the plastic protection covers for the bonded metal-rubber bush.

The bonded metal-rubber bush should be inserted until the distance between the centre of the rear axle lower hole and the outer face of the bush is 45.26 mm, dimension -a-
–  Check the position of the bonded metal-rubber bush once more once fitted. → Fig.
–  Fit the rear axle → Chapter.
