Fault in the anti-lock brake system
Fault in the anti-lock brake system
   
When the warning lamp for ESP and ASR -K155- or the warning lamp for the traction control system -K86- indicates a fault in the ABS, the warning lamp for the tyre pressure monitoring display -K220--arrow- is also activated. No fault will be registered in the tyre pressure monitoring system.
This warning light cannot be switched off with the button of the tyre pressure control system -E492-. The following procedure applies for switching off the warning light:
–  Connect the Vehicle diagnosis testing and information system -VAS 5051- and select the „Guided fault finding“ → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
