Electronic anti-theft system
The radio unit is equipped with an electronic anti-theft system.
The electronic anti-theft system is activated and blocks the radio unit as soon as
t  Voltage supply (terminal 30) drops below a predetermined voltage value.
t  The radio part fuse is blown.
t  The radio unit is disconnected from the voltage supply (terminal 30) (e.g. when removing radio unit).
and naturally,
t  When performing work on the vehicle and the vehicle battery (terminal 30) has been disconnected.
A radio unit which has been blocked by the electronic anti-theft system, is shown when “Enter Code Number” appears in the display when switching the unit on.
To deactivate this lock, deactivate the electronic anti-theft system → Chapter.
