Removing:
–  Before beginning dismantling work, perform the following steps:
–  Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and pull out ignition key.
–  Push the left front seat all the way forward.
–  Remove the floor cover underneath the seat.
   
–  Unscrew the securing bolts from the control unit -arrows-.
–  Detach both connectors and pull them off.
