Headlights: Removing and installing

Removing

It is not necessary to take off the bumper to remove the main headlight:

–	Remove the four bolts which attach the bumper to the wheel housing cover, both wheels.

–	Remove the two bolts of the front, through the front grille.

–	Remove the four bolts which attach it to the lock carrier.

–	Move the complete bumper unit forwards. Proceed with care as the bumper is still attached to the lower bolts of the engine protection cover.

–	Unscrew the attachment bolts -arrows-.

–	Pull the headlight forward carefully, release the multiple connector and remove the headlight.

Installing

Install in reverse order.

Tightening torque → Chapter

–	Check headlight adjustment → Chapter.
