Removing and installing poly V-belt pulley without freewheel
Removing and installing poly V-belt pulley without freewheel
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Socket and key -VAS 3310-
  W00-0299
t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1332-
Removing:
–  Remove alternator → Chapter.
–  Clamp alternator in a vice at securing points.
  W00-0428
–  Use socket -VAS 3310- to unscrew poly V-belt pulley securing nut from alternator shaft.
Installing:
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:
–  Tighten threaded connection to specified torque of 65 Nm.
