  Note!
t  Vehicles from 06.00 ► one of two different versions are installed depending on the engine. On one version the immobilizer control unit and engine control unit communicate with one another via the data bus, on the other version this communication is via W-wire.
t  The corresponding communication method should be determined beforehand using the display group 001 → Anchor via the “Read data block” function → Chapter.
t  Procedure for control unit communications via the W-wire → Chapter.
–  Initiating immobilizer self-diagnosis → Chapter.
