Remove the ball bearing
  Note
When removing and fitting the bearings, take special care not to bend the forks.

Insert the ball bearings to the limit

Remove the securing ring
–  Secure fork in workshop vice with jaws -B-.
–  Separate the washer -A- by levering in -direction of arrow-.

Fit the securing ring
–  Press the spring washer in the groove of the gear change with a handled socket spanner.
A - Socket spanner with handle, size 10
B - Protection jaws

Identification of the gear-change pins
Dimension -a-
1 - Pin for 1st and 2nd gears and short pin for the 3rd and 4th gear = 10.2 mm.
2 - Large pin for 3rd and 4th gear = 10.2 mm
3 - Pin for 5th gear = 6.0 mm
