Assembly > < Clutch pedal: dismounting and assembly

Dismounting:
Dismounting:
–  Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
  Note!
In vehicles fitted with a coded radio, first consult the anti-theft code.
Automatic clutch cables:
–  Press the clutch pedal down to the limit at least 5 times.
–  Tauten the clutch cable and dismount it from the gearbox → Chapter.
Non-automatic clutch cables:
–  Undo the clutch cable from the gearbox → Chapter.
   
–  Take out the axle catch on the clutch and brake pedals. To do this, lift the clip with a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow -1- and take the catch out in the direction of arrow -2-.

–  Take out the axle catch on the clutch and brake pedals, on the side of the brake pedal. To do this, lift the clip -A- with a screwdriver.
–  Pull towards the right hand side of the clutch and brake pedal axle until the clutch pedal can be taken out.
–  Remove the clutch pedal.
