Operation process
Operation process
–  Remove engine cover → Booklet2.
–  Remove the air filter body, breather hose and air duct hoses → Rep. gr.24 and → Rep. gr.23 .
–  Return clutch pedal to park position.
–  Connect Brake bleeder -SAT 1175B- to brake fluid reservoir, but do not start up.
   
–  Remove protection hood on brake bleeder bolt and connect hose -arrow- of air bleeding bottle to this bolt.
–  Now start up air bleeding apparatus.
l  Working pressure: 2.0 bar
–  Open air bleeding screw with the tube of the air bleed bottle attached and let it bleed some 100 cm3 of brake fluid.
–  Close bleeder valve.
–  Quickly operate pedal from limit to limit 15 times.
–  Open air bleeding element bolt and bleed another 50 cm 3 of brake fluid.
–  Tighten air bleeding bolt to 6 Nm, remove bleeding hose and fit protection hood.
–  Remove Brake bleeder -SAT 1175B- from brake fluid reservoir.
–  Operate clutch pedal several times once air bleeding process is completed.
–  If necessary, bleed air again.
