Removal:
Removal:
l  Remove clutch pedal mounting bracket. → Chapter.
–  Move pedal to highest position. Take care that over-centre spring does not jump out of neutral.
  Note
When the securing bolt is removed from the clutch pedal, take the precaution of lightly holding the clutch pedal so that it does not jump out of neutral.
   
–  Remove the clutch pedal -1- from the mounting bracket -3-. To do so the nut -2- must be unscrewed, the clutch pedal must be slightly pressed, the screw -5- must be loosened and at the same time the over centre spring -4- must be removed.

–  Clutch pedal is held by safety clip-arrow- onto master cylinder actuating rod.

–  With bolt -arrow- removed, release clutch pedal from rod with pliers -T20059B -.

The points of the pliers -T20059B- have been prepared to the specified dimensions: left hand side 7.5 mm and right hand side 3.5 mm.

Remove the safety clip on the master cylinder control rod
l  In the illustration, the master cylinder is removed from the mounting for a clearer explanation.

–  Disengage safety bracket -B-, detach master cylinder from the mounting bracket -arrows 1 and 2-.
