Installing propshaft tubes
Carry out installation in the reverse sequence, noting the following:

t  When removing and installing, do not damage seals in propshaft flanges.
t  If damaged, renew rear propshaft.
t  Ensure that rear propshaft tube is horizontal when pushed onto guide pin.
Identification of propshaft tubes
  V39-1366
t  Propshaft tubes are marked with a spot of paint on the flanges.
–  When bolting propshaft tubes together, line up spots of paint, dot to dot.
–  If flanges of propshaft tubes are to be removed, first transfer spots of paint to flanges.
This will ensure that imbalance in the entire propshaft will be insignificant.
Installing centre bearing free of tension
–  Align centre bearing in its elongated holes so that propshaft is not under tension.
–  After installing propshaft, tighten centre bearing bolts to body to 20 Nm torque.
  N39-0359
The centre bearing is installed free of tension if the sealing lips -arrows- on both sides of mounting have the same overhang and propshaft tube is perpendicular to bearing mounting
