  Note!
Lubricate bearing positions and sliding surfaces with grease -G 000 450 02-.
1 - Selector lever housing
2 - Securing clip
q   Do not damage cables when removing
3 - Securing clip
4 - Gear selector cable
q   Connect to cable end-piece → Item
q   Installation position → Chapter
q   Cables cannot be separated from each other
q   Always remove and install together → Chapter
5 - Gate selector cable
q   Connect to cable end-piece → Item
q   Installation position → Chapter
q   Cables cannot be separated from each other
q   Always remove and install together → Chapter
6 - Self-locking hexagon flange nut, 5 Nm
q   For securing retaining plate to floor pan
q   Always renew
7 - Retaining plate
q   With seal
q   Attached to floor pan
q   Ensure proper seating of seal under floor pan
8 - Hexagon bolt, 20 Nm
q   For support bracket
9 - Support bracket
q   Secured to gearbox
10 - Grommet
q   Support bracket mounting on gearbox
11 - Spacer
q   Support bracket mounting on gearbox
12 - Cable end-piece
q   For gate selector cable to relay lever
q   Renew after removing from relay lever → Item
q   From11.02 with end-to-end holes.
q   From this date, not necessary renew.
q   Secured with securing clip → Fig..
q   Allocation → Fig.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
13 - Relay lever
q   Installation position → Chapter
q   After installing, adjust selector mechanism → Chapter
q   From11.02 cable end-piece adapted with end-to-end hole
14 - Bearing bush
15 - Securing clip
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
16 - Shoe
q   Grease lightly before installing
17 - Gearbox selector lever
q   With damper weight
q   Installation position → Chapter
q   Install so that master spline aligns with selector shaft
q   After installing, adjust selector mechanism → Chapter
q   From11.02 cable end-piece adapted with end-to-end hole
18 - Self-locking hexagon nut, 20 Nm
q   Always renew
19 - Cable end-piece
q   For gear selector cable to selector lever
q   Renew after removing from gearbox selector lever → Item
q   From11.02 with end-to-end holes.
q   From this date, not necessary renew.
q   Secured with securing clip → Fig..
q   Allocation → Fig.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter

   
Installation position of gearbox selector lever and relay lever
1 - Gearbox selector lever with damper weight
2 - Relay lever engages in guide rail of gearbox selector lever via shoe -arrow-.
