Clutch master cylinder: Removing and installing > < Removal:

Installation
   
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:
l  To facilitate installation of the clutch pedal end of travel mounting, replace the Torx bolt with a hexagonal head bolt.
  Note
t  Only use approved oil for the hydraulic circuits → Spare parts catalogue.
t  Renew self-locking nuts.
t  Replace the seals -2-.
t  Secure hose unions with hose clamps the same as those of the series → Current Spare parts catalogue.
–  Press in pipe and hose assembly -1- with new seal -2- in master cylinder connection -4- until safety fastener -3 -„ clicks“ into position.
–  Pull pipe and hose assembly to check it is properly secured.
–  Install battery → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
–  Bleed air from hydraulic clutch system → Chapter
