t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-

1 - Gearbox:
2 - Join ring for the input shaft
q   replace → Chapter
3 - Slave cylinder with clutch release bearing
q   Are one unit and can be renewed together only
q   Do not wash out bearing; wipe clean only
q   Renew noisy bearings together with slave cylinder
q   For some slave cylinders, divided supply line → Fig.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter>>>>>>>>
4 - Bolt.
q   3 off
q   Always renew
q   Without locking fluid 12 Nm (only metal housings)
q   With locking fluid 15 Nm
q   Carefully tighten cross-wise and one after another so that the threaded eyes of the cylinder do not break.
5 - O ring
q   Pull onto line connection
q   Lubricate with brake fluid before installing
q   Assignment → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“

   
Slave cylinder -A- with divided supply line
The supply line for some slave cylinders is divided in the area of the -arrow-.

From approx. 05.11: clutch release with additional plastic washer
Identification characteristic: Webs -arrow- on the plastic plate.

Only for release bearings with additional plastic plate the tip of the diaphragm spring of the pressure plate (-arrows-) are a little smaller
l  Only install modified release bearing and modified pressure plate together.
