  WARNING
If the retention hook or the front bonnet lock come loose, their operation should be tested.
When carrying out the test, the front bonnet should fit into the lock, until the first click is heard.
   
1 - Bonnet
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Adjusting → Chapter.
2 - Adjustment catches
q   The outer stops can be used to adjust the height of the bonnet → Anchor
q   First screw in both inside buffers as far as they will go and then back out a half a rotation.
3 - Front bonnet support rod
4 - Guide piece
5 - Grille under the windscreen
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   is inserted in the seal of the windscreen and in the rubber seal of the plenum chamber
6 - Seal for plenum chamber
q   Fitted on to the flange
7 - Bolt with washer
q   21 Nm
8 - Hinge for bonnet
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
9 - Clip
10 - Bonnet sound proofing
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
